Refund & Cancellation Policy – Toornify

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases, tournament entries, subscriptions, digital goods, or other services provided via Toornify, a platform operated by Sanity Gaming LLP. By using our platform, you expressly agree to this policy and acknowledge that participation is at your own risk.
1. Finality of Transactions
- •All purchases, including tournament entry fees, subscriptions, digital goods, or other services, are strictly final and non-refundable.
- •Users acknowledge and accept that payments cannot be reversed, cancelled, or disputed for personal reasons, change of mind, or technical errors on their end.
- •Any claims for refunds outside of explicitly stated exceptions will not be entertained.
2. Exceptional Circumstances (Platform-Side)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- •Cancellation of a tournament, event, or service by Toornify for reasons within its control.
- •Platform technical failure directly preventing participation, which is acknowledged by Toornify.
All such refunds are granted solely at Toornify's discretion. The platform retains full right to:
- •Approve or reject refund claims.
- •Issue partial or alternative compensations instead of monetary refunds.
- •Determine the timeline and method of refund.
No refunds are guaranteed, and Toornify is not liable for any user losses, expectations, or incidental damages.
3. Tournament or Event Modifications
- •Toornify may, at its sole discretion, reschedule, postpone, cancel, or modify any tournament, event, or associated service.
- •Users are solely responsible for checking schedules, notifications, and communications.
- •Toornify does not guarantee prizes, participation slots, or outcomes in the event of modifications.
- •No compensation, monetary or otherwise, is owed for user inconvenience or missed participation.
4. User Responsibilities
- •Users must ensure all registration, payment, and account details are accurate and complete.
- •Toornify is not responsible for failed transactions due to user errors, insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, or third-party payment processor issues.
- •Users may not hold Toornify liable for any financial loss, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from their own negligence or actions.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
- •Users may not initiate chargebacks or reverse payments without first contacting Toornify support.
- •Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- •Immediate suspension or termination of the user account.
- •Legal action to recover funds, including interest, costs, and attorney fees.
- •Toornify is not liable for banking errors, transaction failures, or third-party payment disputes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Participation in any event, purchase, or platform activity is voluntary and at the user's risk.
Toornify and Sanity Gaming LLP are not liable for:
- •Losses due to cancellations, postponements, or modifications.
- •Technical failures, internet outages, device issues, or software bugs.
- •User-generated content disputes, cheating, misconduct, or fraud.
- •Disputes between players, teams, organizers, or third parties.
- •Any incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data.
This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and cannot be waived by any user action.
7. No Guarantees
- •Toornify makes no guarantees regarding outcomes of tournaments, match results, prizes, or earnings.
- •All features, tournaments, and services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

At Toornify, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all our tournament services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases or registrations.
1. Tournament Registration Fees
Refund Eligibility:
- •Full refund available if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before tournament start
- •50% refund if cancellation occurs 3-7 days before tournament start
- •No refund if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before tournament start
- •No refund for no-shows or after tournament has begun
Special Circumstances:
- •Medical emergencies (with valid documentation) may qualify for full refund regardless of timing
- •Tournament cancellation by Toornify results in 100% refund
- •Technical issues preventing participation may qualify for case-by-case review
2. Tournament Organizer Fees
Platform Fees:
- •Full refund of platform fees if tournament is cancelled before registration opens
- •50% refund if tournament is cancelled after registration opens but before it starts
- •No refund of platform fees once tournament has begun
Prize Pool Refunds:
Prize pool contributions are non-refundable once the tournament registration period has closed. In cases of tournament cancellation by Toornify, prize pools will be refunded proportionally.
3. Premium Subscriptions & Services
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions:
- •Full refund within 7 days of purchase (Money-back guarantee)
- •Prorated refund for cancellations after 7 days
- •No refunds for partial months used
Premium Features:
- •One-time purchases: 7-day refund window
- •Add-on features: Refundable within 24 hours of purchase
4. Refund Processing
Processing Time:
- •Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- •UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
- •Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Refund Methods:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be issued as store credit or alternative payment methods at Toornify's discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- •Late tournament registrations (within 24 hours of start)
- •Virtual goods, skins, or cosmetic items
- •Prize money or tournament winnings
- •Third-party service fees (streaming, merchandise, etc.)
- •Account suspension or ban-related fees
